Growth is possible. Accepting your place in the present moment is possible.

Both can occur at the same time.

In this practical webinar rooted in neuroscientific & psychological research, Dr. Cammy breaks down:

  • Why caring for our bodies, minds, spirits, relationships is a mandatory part of our professional responsibilities in times of crisis
  • How to actually do this when you have very little time, energy, and resources
  • How to cultivate a rock-solid understanding of who you want to be in this moment based on your values, and how to maintain that role despite what’s happening around you

Walk away with tactical solutions to the daily challenges individuals face during the COVID-19 crisis while social distancing and quarantine policies remain in place.
